Shipping

All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in Pennsylvania.

A service charge of 1.5% will be added monthly to outstanding invoices over 30 days.

Our minimum order is $75.00. A service charge of $9.50 will be added to all orders under $75.00.

If no instructions are given we will ship your order via the fastest and most economical route. At your request, 2nd Day Air and Overnight service is also available at additional cost.

Order early to ensure product availability.

Returns

All shortage claims or incorrect merchandise claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Do not return any merchandise without approval. Goods returned without our authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
